There are too many devices and email programs to provide detailed setup instructions for all of them. Plus, instructions appear to become obsolete with new software versions. However, in all cases, the basic email setup configuration needs to include the following information:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings:

Username: [youremail]@solanowireless.com

Password: your email account’s password.

Incoming Server: mail.solanowireless.com *updated 12/30/2021

IMAP Port: 993

POP3 Port: 995

Outgoing Server: mail.solanowireless.com  *updated 12/30/2021

SMTP Port: 465

Authentication (TLS, SSL, auto) is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

NOTE: Yolo Wireless customers, please substitute 'yolowireless.com' in place of 'solanowireless.com' in the above settings.
